Description

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This includes maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
  • With or without experience (training may be provided)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Good communication and time-management skills


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
  • Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
  • Prepare and file accounting documents and vouchers
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
  • Assist in audits and provide required documentation
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
