Branch Head/ Team Leader (Laundromat), Quezon City

The Branch Head ensures smooth daily operations of the laundromat, leads the staff, maintains store standards, manages basic administrative tasks, and secures high-quality customer service.

A. Operations Management

• Open and close the branch following standard procedures
• Ensure machines are functioning and properly maintained
• Check cleanliness of the entire branch (front area, back area, machines)
• Monitor supplies (detergents, plastic, CI sheets, etc.)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

B. Staff Supervision

• Create staff schedules and ensure manpower readiness
• Coach and guide Laundromat Attendants
• Monitor performance, attendance, and task completion
• Enforce company rules and ensure proper work ethics

C. Customer Service

• Assist customers with services, machine concerns, or questions
• Handle complaints professionally and provide quick solutions
• Maintain a friendly and professional store environment

D. Cash Handling & Reporting

• Oversee daily sales
• Monitor petty cash and ensure accurate documentation
• Submit reports on time

E. Coordination

• Coordinate with HQ for maintenance, supply replenishment, and HR concerns
• Report any machine issues, safety hazards, or urgent operational risks

Qualifications

• At least College Level (any course)
• Experience in retail, service industry, or team supervision is an advantage

• Willing to work on weekends or shifting schedules
• Willing to work in Quezon City/Manila
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can start immediately
