Job responsibilities:

oConduct surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to detect knowledge gaps.

oCollaborate with department heads to identify performance challenges and recurring issues.

oDesign tailored training modules that reflect continuous improvement and innovation.

oBlend in-house expertise with external resources to raise training standards.

oTranslate training goals into actionable strategies with measurable outcomes.

oUse Enculturation and compliance programs to reinforce long-term cultural alignment.

oDemonstrate resilience when facing setbacks, limited resources, or employee resistance.

oShow malasakit by balancing organizational requirements with employee development.
