Accounting Supervisor, Quezon City

The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations and ensures accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting. This role supervises accounting staff and supports management in financial planning and control.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 25 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation to accounting staff.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Support management with financial data and reports as required.
