Job Title: Spanish Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

Work Location: Onsite Quezon City

Salary Range: Php 45,000 75,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time


About the Role

The Spanish CX Specialist is responsible for delivering timely, professional, and high-quality customer support to clients across Spanish-speaking markets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach in a BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate billing, product information, and troubleshooting support
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and interaction records in internal systems
  • Adhere to established service standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
  • Contribute to team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • BPO or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
