- Assist in recording daily financial transactions (expenses, receipts, collections)
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents such as vouchers, invoices, and receipts
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash flow
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries
- File and organize financial documents properly
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment concerns
- Assist during audits and finance-related reviews
