Key Responsibilities:
Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Greet customers professionally and determine their vehicle needs and interests.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all dealership vehicles, financing options, warranties, and current promotions.
- Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate terms in alignment with dealership policies and guidelines.
- Accurately complete sales paperwork and submit it to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and training opportunities.
Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive or retail sales preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (IS A PLUS)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
