Translation & Interpretation
Translate documents, contracts, memos, and reports from Fukien and Mandarin into English (and vice versa).
Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, interviews, and site visits.
Communication Support
Assist HR and Operations in applicant screening, onboarding, and disciplinary hearings.
Translate operational instructions, safety guidelines, and compliance documents.
Cultural Mediation
Ensure translations respect cultural nuances and avoid misinterpretations.
Adapt phrasing for formal and informal contexts (e.g., memos vs. dashboards).
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of translated materials.
Support multilingual UI and digital transformation projects by standardizing terms.

Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in Fukien (Hokkien) and Mandarin Chinese, with strong command of English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with HR, operations, and compliance terminology.
Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in translation or interpretation roles is an advantage.
