• 35 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and user behavior trends.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven track record in Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Proficient in ad automation and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Strong copywriting, creative direction, and brand storytelling abilities.
• Skilled in PR/media coordination and influencer collaborations.
• Highly organized, agile, and responsive to fast-paced marketing needs.
• Ability to provide actionable insights to improve marketing tactics and ROI.

• Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create monthly content calendars: planning posts, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.
• Align content with brand voice and campaign goals using compelling visuals and storytelling.
• Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal design teams for impactful content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn.
