E-commerce Affiliate Officer, Quezon City

We at Astron Appliances Philippines are seeking an Ecommerce Affiliate Officer to grow and manage collaborations with influencers and affiliates. This includes maintaining business growth and KPI reporting for affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand and influencer partnerships.
• Maintain strong partner relationships.
• Evaluate feasibility and suitability of partnerships
• Report of partnership performance
• Manage affiliate programs and monitor performance.
• Track and report on campaign ROI, conversions, and sales impact.
• Support cross-functional marketing and business development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in affiliate management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Extroverted, happy personality.
• Familiarity with analytics/tracking tools.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• It's a plus if you are an influencer and have experience being an affiliate
