Job Title: Property Specialist ( 20000,25,000) Negotiable

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and assist clients with questions about the properties.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
• Assist in the marketing of properties through various channels and platforms.
• Manage the paperwork and documentation related to property leasing and sales.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 02 years of experience in real estate or customer service.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
