Work Schedule: Rotating / Shifting Schedule

Compensation: Php 30,000 Php 40,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates without a bachelors degree
• Minimum of 23 years BPO / call center experience
• Willing to work on a rotational schedule
• Open to face-to-face interviews when required
• Willing to complete onsite training

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer support by delivering personalized solutions to commercial banking clients
• Ensure strict adherence to banking policies and regulatory standards
• Serve as the main phone-based contact for client concerns related to banking products and services
• Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Carry out other operational tasks as assigned by management
