Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assistant Machine Shop Supervisor
- Location: EDSA Muoz, Quezon City
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in supervisory level
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
- Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods, and standard practices of the trade
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing daily work schedule/output
- Assist in studying new product samples/drawings
- Assist in computing/preparing data needed to be submitted to sales for quotation purposes
- Assist in making mould design for new moulds; prepare materials and working drawings
- Attend MANCOM meetings representing departmental concerns
- Assist in implementing company policies and regulations
- Conduct meetings with the team to update projects/job orders
- Recommend to management possible solutions to certain problems
- Attend to customer technical concerns
- Review and discuss machinist performance evaluations
- Review manpower requirements vs workload
