  • Receive incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation and order fulfillment
  • Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments
  • Organize and store items efficiently in designated storage areas
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
  • Handle documents, banking errands, and other admin duties
  • Coordinate and monitor accurate forecasting and timely transfer of goods
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, organization and efficiency in the office


  • Physically fit; able to move or lift goods
  • At least high school graduate
  • At least 1 year experience in warehousing and/or admin duties
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, communication skills, attention to details
  • Open position in Quezon City
