Lead Engineer, Quezon City

Description

Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Preferably with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management, construction supervision, and infrastructure development.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating engineering and architectural teams.
Knowledgeable in DPWH design standards, Building Code of the Philippines, and green building principles.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Willing to be assigned in Negros Island Region and travel as required by the project

Job Requirements

Prepare draft of Legal Opinion, Memoranda, advice, general agreements and contracts on matters and queries referred for action relative to the activities of the PSHS System;
Provide legal research relative to the formulation of policies and guidelines that are responsive to the needs of the institution;
Assist in the conduct of training and workshops to the PSHS System personnel on legal matters;
Assist in the preparation of a response to concerns/ clarifications from the government agencies and other stakeholders;
Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other relevant documents required by courts or agencies exercising their quasi-judicial functions
