Description

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite), Night Shift


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding steps for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate onboarding instructions, timelines, and follow-ups to candidates.
  • Ensure all onboarding documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Liaise with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless first-day experience.
  • Update onboarding trackers and escalate delays or issues as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in recruitment coordination (US RPO, HR support, or onboarding is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can maintain a professional and polished tone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing deadlines.
