JOB DESCRIPTION:


Recruitment:

End to end recruitment process

Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and integration into the company.

Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, and employee queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits programs
  • Experience government mandated contribution. SSS, Pag ibig and Philhealth

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts fairly.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • Track employee development plans and training initiatives.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
