JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment:
End to end recruitment process
Support new hire onboarding, orientation, and integration into the company.
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, and employee queries.
- Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits programs
- Experience government mandated contribution. SSS, Pag ibig and Philhealth
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts fairly.
Policy & Compliance:
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Performance Management:
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Track employee development plans and training initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain HRIS records and personnel files.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
