Senior Full Stack Developer - Work from Home/Hybrid (A-SPLD), Quezon City

Job Details:

Location: Exxa Tower Bridgetowne, Quezon City

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible to an extent | Flexible arrival between 8 AM to 10 AM, corresponding flexible end time between 5 PM to 7 PM

• Work Set-up:
• First 1 to 2 months: Full-time onsite for close collaboration, onboarding, and product ramp-up.
• After 1 to 2 months: Transition to work-from-home / hybrid is expected, with occasional onsite days for client visits, team meetings, or important workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on the most complex parts of the stack (Next.js, Node, ClickHouse), setting the standard for code quality and performance.
• Brainstorm architecture and design decisions with the CTO. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will help evaluate trade-offs and "build vs. buy" decisions, acting as a sounding board for technical strategy.
• Be the first line of support for Junior developers - conducting code reviews, unblocking them, and helping them grow.
• Help set up the CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and repo conventions that will keep the team moving fast.
• Champion the use of AI tools to automate boilerplate work and improve team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant experience shipping production web applications.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js is required.
• Comfortable with SQL, schemas, and handling data-intensive features (Postgres/ClickHouse).
• Have experience reviewing code and helping junior engineers improve without micromanaging.
• Comfortable debating technical ideas openly and pivoting when necessary
• Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in development workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding or pair programming with AI.
• Comfortable and open to AI-first approaches and integrating AI into daily engineering practices.
• Must be able to provide GitHub profile or equivalent code samples demonstrating actual coding ability.
