The Talent Coordinator will support the full onboarding process for a high volume of US-based hires, ensuring all requirements are accurately collected, verified, and completed within timelines. This role involves gathering candidate documents such as IDs and signatures, coordinating with clients to secure necessary onboarding requirements, and maintaining organized and compliant records. You will communicate directly with candidates and client representatives, provide updates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from start to finish.


Work Details:

  • Eastwood, Quezon City
  • Hybrid (3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH)
  • Night Shift (10:00 PM7:00 PM or 11:00 PM8:00 PM)
  • Fixed Term: 6-month contractual role


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Administrative Onboarding experience in US Market
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Multi-task function, hands-on experience in onboarding
  • Can-do attitude. Detailed orientation. Careful and well-management.
  • Has a working Viber account (for communication and updates)
