Responsibilities

Install electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, outlets, circuit breakers, and control panels, according to blueprints, and electrical codes.
Interpreting technical diagrams and schematics to understand the layout and components of electrical systems.
Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
Work with necessary manual/power tools and supplied materials to complete projects.
Perform other tasks to aide others towards completing with projects.
Maintain corporate safety procedure at all times and comply with access control regulations.

Job Requirements

At least completed a Technical Vocational course or have 1-2 years of work experience related to Property Maintenance.
NCII not required but is an advantage.
Willing to work and shifting schedule, extended hours including holidays
