As Team Lead, youll help run the day-to-day hustle of the store: managing the floor, supporting your team, keeping things smooth behind the scenes, and making sure every customer has a great time.

Think of this role as part coach, part operator, part hype squad. Youll lead with heart, stay cool under pressure, and help us maintain the high standards were known for all while making sure your team feels supported and the store runs like clockwork.

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, opening/closing, inventory, and admin tasks.
• Jump into service and lead by example you're not just managing, you're in it with the team.
• Make sure every customer has a great experience from first scoop to last smile.
• Be the go-to product expert: know our flavors, techniques, and what makes Gusta special.
• Train, guide, and motivate the team set the tone and help people grow.
• Keep things clean, safe, organized, and compliant with all food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and other leads on improving systems, tools, and operations.
• Monitor store performance and make smart decisions to keep it efficient and profitable.
• Troubleshoot issues (equipment, staff, anything) and keep things moving.
• Represent Gusta with professionalism, ownership, and pride.

Requirements

• Have experience leading a team in food, retail, or hospitality (bonus if its a mix of both).
• Love working with people you communicate well and know how to bring out the best in others.
• Are organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Know your way around store systems: scheduling, inventory, POS, basic admin.
• Care deeply about customer service, cleanliness, and quality.
• Can keep your cool during rush hours (and have fun while doing it).
• Are ready to work weekends, holidays, and whatever shift the store needs to shine.
• Have knowledge of food safety standards and store compliance.
• Are excited about being part of something growing and believe in the Gusta mission.
