CSR – International AI Action Camera - Voice & Non Voice …, Quezon City

We are looking for Customer Sales Representatives with the following qualifications:

• Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have 6 months of BPO experience with knowledge of basic troubleshooting
• Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Gilmore, Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a graveyard schedule
• Fixed weekends off (subject to change depending on the business needs)
• Can start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer clients queries professionally to understand about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Able to juggle different work activities, shifting attention from one task to another and meet the performance target.
• Engage in active listening and respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Show a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues, offering assistance when needed and promoting a positive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and documentation
