Collections Practitioner - Accounts Receivable, Quezon City

What's Your Role?

As an Accounts Receivable Collections Practitioner, you handle OTC tasks including customer master data, credit management, billing, invoicing, document validation, order processing, cash application, collections, and dispute management. You ensure daily activities meet timetables, procedures, and business goals, maintain good client relationships, and deliver services to meet SLA and OLA requirements.

Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time, onsite, and a night shift schedule
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Collections
• Must have relevant working experience within BPO/Shared services environment

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer requests via phone and email in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect past-due invoices independently through phone, email, or portal.
• Reconcile complex accounts and resolve customer disputes by collaborating with other departments.
• Use organizational, technical, and communication skills to prioritize and resolve customer issues and facilitate payment.
• Perform daily and month-end account reconciliations, including spreadsheets like the daily cash log.
• Review and prepare customer refunds for duplicate payments, overpayments, or payments to incorrect accounts.
• Prepare weekly aging reports and prioritize accounts based on overdue status.
• Conduct account reviews for credit releases.
