Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and e-commerce channels.

Conduct audience research and analyze market trends to inform media recommendations.

Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to ensure efficient budget use and maximum ROI.

Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and improvement

recommendations.

Coordinate with creatives, accounts, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Maintain accuracy in campaign documentation, schedules, and budget tracking sheets.

Stay updated on platform changes, new ad features, and best practices in digital media buying.

Participate in training sessions and mentorship activities to build skills in media planning and

analytics.


WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience in roles such as Performance Marketer, Campaign Planner, Media Analyst, o ssimilar.

Demonstrated experience in media planning, with a strong grasp of digital media platforms

such as Meta, TikTok, Lazada, or Shopee.

Familiarity with media buying, campaign evaluation metrics, and ad optimization strategies.

Broad understanding of traditional and digital media channels.

Hands-on experience in optimizing ad campaigns based on key variables such as geography, frequency, and time targeting.

Skilled in collecting and analyzing market data to inform media recommendations.

Strong analytical mindset with an aptitude for statistics and performance tracking.

Comfortable working in hybrid or digital-first environments.


REQUIRED

Proficiency in media tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads..

Working knowledge of analytics platforms and media performance dashboards.


BONUS SKILLS (Not Required but Valued)

Experience in content strategyincluding campaign management, content planning, and social media content creation.

Exposure to e-commerce media ecosystems and marketplace campaign planning.
