Senior Billing Analyst, Quezon City

IBM is looking for a highly skilled Senior Billing Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. If you have strong analytical skills, experience in billing or order-to-cash, and proficiency with ERP systemsthis role is for you.

• Night Shift | MondayFriday
• Target Start Date: November 30

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Billing activities

Generate invoices based on completed orders

Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Ensure timely invoice delivery to customers

Participate in monthly AR meetings (On-Account & Suspense Accounts)

Review and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs)

Collaborate with internal teams to support billing accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields

Minimum 2 years experience in Billing / Order-to-Cash

Hands-on experience in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or any large-scale ERP

Strong MS Excel skills (intermediate to advanced)

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Technohub, QC

Amenable to night shift schedule

Compensation & Benefits

31,000 36,000 basic salary

2,125 allowances
