Customer Service Representative, Quezon City

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides excellent customer service support in accordance with the defined scope of work and service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves ensuring high-quality interactions with customers, meeting quantitative performance standards, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Non-Insurance Accounts

• Open to HS (old curriculum)/SHS graduates, college undergraduates, or college graduates with at least 6 months BPO experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible to work offsite or onsite location
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required

Customer Service Non-Insurance Accounts (with Industry Experience)

• Open to college undergraduates or graduates with at least 1 year experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance sectors
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Flexible to work offsite or onsite location
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required
