Description

Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to transportation.
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise on the road.
Display exceptional customer service skills when interacting with clients and delivery personnel.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in truck driving
Skills and Competencies: Valid commercial driver's license (CDL), strong driving skills, and knowledge of road transportation regulations
Responsibilities and Duties: Must be able to perform vehicle maintenance and ensure safe operation of the truck
Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling stressful situations calmly
Working Conditions: Required to work long hours, including nights and weekends, often in varying weather conditions
