Description

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the companys brands.
Create content for social media, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effective results.
Coordinate with operations, HR, and store teams for brand-aligned promotions.
Manage online engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Assist in planning events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Prepare reports and presentations for marketing updates and strategies.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 1 year experience in marketing or content creation (fresh grads welcome).
Proficient in social media management and basic graphic design tools (Canva, etc.).
Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and track marketing performance.
Flexible, proactive, and able to coordinate across departments.
