CNC Operator, Quezon City

Ensures the achievement of daily production plans for the bending section; abides by the code of discipline and standard operating procedures; follows work instructions and collaborates with other operators to improve productivity and product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures that the daily production plan is met and properly documented.
2. Ensures the quality of products being worked on.
3. Learns skills that improve productivity.
4. Ensures that proper tools and equipment are used when performing work-related tasks.
5. Immediately reports any abnormality or irregularity regarding produced items, tools, equipment, and processes to the leadman.
6. Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
7. Suggests improvements in work productivity and product quality.
8. Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.
9. Ensures 7S is maintained.
10. Performs other related tasks as needed.

Qualification/Skills Requirements

• At least high school graduate or relevant vocational course
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Preferably 14 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent
• Must possess reasonable analytical skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player

Work Schedule

Mondays to Saturdays, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, with possibility of paid overtime.
