Description

Provides clerical and minor technical support for the sales department of a company or major organization. Responsibilities may include sales reports, data gathering, encoding and analysis of portal data, Sales monitoring, UBA monitoring and trade program monitoring/documentation of executions.


Abilities Required:

  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a committed team player
  • Ability to adapt easily to new assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate good judgment and be able to respond quickly to requests
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Has extensive Microsoft applications experience specially in excel
  • Has FMCG or trade marketing background


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Accounting/Finance or Business Management with high MS excel skills
  • Exposure in a multinational environment is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP-ERP Systems is preferred;
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)
  • Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
