Key Responsibilities Influencer & PR Management

• Identify and connect with influencers, artists, and key personalities (nano, micro, macro, and niche).
• Develop and execute PR campaign plans for all items, collections, new releases, and seasonal launches.
• Oversee the entire campaign process from ideation and influencer pooling to coordination, shipment, delivery, and progress tracking.
• Lead the concept creation, execution, and monitoring of PR packages.
• Maintain and regularly update the influencer database, ensuring accurate tracking of performance, ROI, reach, and engagement.

Community Development

• Scout, identify, and engage with new communities relevant to the Mom & Baby category.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with niche groups and community partners.
• Represent the brand at events, community gatherings, and collaborations to strengthen presence and visibility.

Brand Activation

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Content teams to align PR efforts with ongoing campaigns.
• Propose and help execute collaborations, partnerships, or events that elevate brand awareness and engagement.

Affiliates Management

• Learn and apply the fundamentals of TikTok Affiliate Marketing, including product seeding, collaboration outreach, and performance tracking.
• Manage the acceptance of free samples, coordination of target collaborations, and basic data analytics to support brand campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PR, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Strong network within the Mom and Baby niche is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills persuasive, relationship-oriented, and professional.
• Highly proactive, creative, and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets) and familiar with social media analytics.
