- Regularly check the PHILGEPS website for upcoming bidding opportunities to stay updated on relevant government projects and procurement processes.
- Create a weekly itinerary for the Government Sales Officer, outlining scheduled activities, meetings, and visits.
- Prepare product quotations and costing for Barangay and government clients, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Initiate and manage requests for canvassing, purchasing of stocks, representation, performance bonds, rebates, and payments as required for government transactions.
- Generate delivery receipts to document and acknowledge the delivery of products or services to clients.
- Update and monitor the eligibility documents, such as the Mayor's Permit, Tax Clearance, Financial Statement, Income Tax Return, and Company Profile, ensuring they are current and compliant with government requirements.
- Create a folder to organize and store the eligibility documents necessary for Barangay bidding and government contracts.
- Accompany the Government Sales Officer to bidding events, providing support and assistance throughout the bidding process.
