- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify organizational training needs and skill gaps.
- Trains all Cashiers or Sales Associates on the POS system and all cashiering-related processes within area of assignment.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Assists in the implementation of cashiering-related projects in the business unit.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
- Has worked in a retail industry is preferred but not required
