Motorized Collector, Quezon City

• Receive and pick up packages, documents, messages, and other items, and deliver them to specified recipients or locations.
• Securely delivers documents and other items in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains accurate records related to
• the receipt and delivery of documents and other items.
• Ensure that the official receipt is completely and duly accomplished and with corresponding attachments.
• Plans the most efficient delivery route from one place to another place; organizes deliveries accordingly but with the approval of his immediate superior.
• Performs and schedules standard maintenance on the delivery motor.
• May perform office, clerical, and other related business duties as assigned.
• Ensure that the collected checks must be delivered at the end of the day.  
• Ensure the assigned task is effectively executed in a timely manner
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATION

• Pro- or non-pro drivers license
• Familiarity with laws related to the collection.
• Thorough understanding of maps and directions and traffic rules.     
• Customer service-oriented thinking.
• Able to maintain high confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
• Customer service-oriented thinking.
