The Healthcare Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. This role ensures exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information related to healthcare services, billing, insurance claims, and appointments.
