Requirements:

     Bachelors degree in Business, Risk Compliance,Law or nay related course.

        With At least 10-12 years work experience in regulatory compliance, governance, auditing and risk management

        With certificate LLB, MBA, CISA, CIA, CAMS,CRCM, CBCP is a big advantage

        Knowledgeable with financial, banking or landscape industries

        With experience in data analysis, compliance control frameworks, and an understanding of global regulatory frameworks

        Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

        Leading the global coordination and execution of regulatory remediation

        Overseeing the development of Business Continuity Plans for regulatory functions, ensuring critical processes are identified and continuity strategies are robust.

        Tracking the implementation of quarterly controls

        Providing strategic direction and oversight for a high-performing team

        Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives through effective issue management, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
