Description
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company to clients or guests.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and office access.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Hospitality Management or any related course
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
