OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our US-based operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is confident in communicating in English and eager to build a career in global project coordination. Youll work closely with international teams, ensuring smooth communication, task tracking, and project execution across different time zones

WHAT YOULL DO

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal teams through calls, emails, and reports.
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep tasks on track.
• Support process improvements and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors Degree in Communication Research or related field (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical thinking.
• Open to working flexible hours (night shift) to coordinate with US clients.
