2. Experience in Treasury and Finance Functions is a PLUS.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

2. Maintaining good relationship with the Bank for coordination.

3. Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders.

4. Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

5. Anticipate the needs of the executive and act proactively. Provide insight and suggestions for process improvements.

6. Facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership.

7. Assist in preparation of reports, and other documents.

8. Multi-task treasury, finance and EA functions.
