Barista / Bartender, Quezon City

Responsibilities for Barista/Bartender

• Prepare and serve high quality coffee and specialty non-alcoholic beverages: espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, iced coffee, etc.
• Create consistent latte art (heart, rosetta, tulip, etc.) and maintain excellent milk-texturing technique.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation (aligned with brand aesthetic), and service standards.
• Ensure the coffee preparation area is clean, well-organized, and equipment is maintained (espresso machine, grinders, milk steamer, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, beans, and other barista supplies; coordinate replenishment.
• Greet and interact with customers, recommend beverage options (including pairing suggestions with cheese platter or steak sides if relevant).
• Help train or coach new barista team members as required.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages (wine by the glass, cocktails, etc.) according to house standards and recipes.
• Maintain bar area: stock, glassware, cleanliness, proper storage of wine & liquor.
• Recommend and upsell wine and cocktails to guests (aligning with steak & wine focus).
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and regulations (age checks, responsible serving).
• Collaborate with dining area/service staff to support the overall guest experience
• Assist in managing bar operations during busy service times, including shift changes.
