Seasonal Healthcare Representative- 20k Salary Plus Up To …, Quezon City

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our healthcare account team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare professionals, assisting with inquiries related to medical benefits, claims, billing, and other healthcare-related concerns.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional and empathetic manner
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, coverage, and claims
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service
• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately
• Meet performance metrics including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to ensure customer needs are met.

Candidates must meet any of the following:

• Senior High School Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience in a pure voice international account.
• College Level (at least 2nd year completed) with at least 6 months of work experience in any industry
• College Graduate with or without work experience
