Project Manager, Quezon City

The Project Manager Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction projectsfrom initial design and budgeting to execution and completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The Project Manager Engineer leads project teams composed of engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. They prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and work plans, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and met. The role involves supervising daily site activities, managing resources and manpower, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with construction drawings, plans, and regulatory requirements.

This position also includes responsibility for monitoring project progress, evaluating work performance, and preparing regular reports for management and clients. The Project Manager Engineer must ensure efficient communication among all project participants and implement corrective measures when deviations occur. They play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, cost efficiency, and overall project quality.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer with at least five to seven years of relevant experience in construction project management. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as technical expertise in project planning, cost control, and construction methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
