We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team at Manila Street!
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative support, coordinating daily activities, and assisting team members as needed. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tasks
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Prior admin experience is a plus but not required
