Talent Acquisition Officer, Quezon City

• Source for candidates and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting of jobs, interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting reference checks, arranging for medical check-up, and preparing job offers.
• Conduct initial interviews, review applications, endorse candidates to respective department managers, facilitate job offers, and gather pre-employment requirements of hired candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
• Manage and update recruitment records and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Participate in various recruitment activities such as collaborating with universities.
• Work closely with hiring managers for manpower requirements and update the progress of interview status monthly.
• Administer the onboarding of new joiners, including conducting orientations.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in overall recruitment cycle.
• At least 4 years relevant experience.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
