Description
  • Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in condominium/property management.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin; Hokkien proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail
  • Sound understanding of condominium legislation, by-laws, and building operations.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Assist the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure efficient building management and resident satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, contractors, and the management office.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring safety compliance and timely completion.
  • Oversee vendor performance and service contracts for quality and cost efficiency.
  • Support financial processes including budgets, reports, and invoices.
  • Prepare materials and correspondence for Board and committee meetings.
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas for compliance and upkeep.
  • Provide operational support in the Property Managers absence.
