Position: Associate Director, Regulatory Remediation and Controls

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• With at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, audit, or risk management within financial services.
• Experience in financial services industry and regulatory landscape, with experience in regulatory examinations and remediation programs.
• Amenable to work in Quezon City
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead regulatory examinations and audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses from various stakeholders.
• Drive the development and implementation of preventative controls, focusing on automation and accountability in high-risk areas.
• Monitor and improve compliance controls to ensure they align with current regulatory requirements and perform risk assessments.
• Ensuring business continuity for regulatory functions, and collaborating with senior leadership to align on company goals and influence policy.
