Description

Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
Conduct risk analysis and cost control measures throughout project lifecycle.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Review and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project expenditures and manage budget forecasting.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel
Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Working Conditions: Office-based with on-site visits as required
