The Corporate Travel Specialist is responsible for managing company travel requirements by booking flights, hotels, and transportation while ensuring cost-effective arrangements. This role ensures a smooth travel experience for employees, coordinates with travel vendors, prepares itineraries, handles travel changes or issues, and ensures compliance with company travel policies. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers professionally and provide solutions according to process guidelines
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing support
  • Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees
  • Prepare travel itineraries and manage updates or changes
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with travel vendors to secure cost-effective arrangements
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special travel requests
Qualifications:

GDS Travel Track:

  • High school graduate minimum
  • At least 1 year of GDS experience
  • Preferably with travel account experience

Sales / Customer Service Track:

  • College graduate
  • At least 1 year BPO sales experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
