Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

  • Conducts Customer Satisfaction (CS) Survey to Dealer customers thru phone call based on the submitted DI and PMS.
  • Check and review DI and PMS Service transactions of dealers in KA-DMS.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and pre-approve all service transactions (DI and PMS) entered by dealers in the KA-DMS system to ensure they are accurate and complete.
  • On-time processing of Dealer Incentive Claim Payment on DI, PMS and Warranty Labor every month.
  • Conducts CS Survey to customer.


Requirements
  • College School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
