Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Conducts Customer Satisfaction (CS) Survey to Dealer customers thru phone call based on the submitted DI and PMS.
- Check and review DI and PMS Service transactions of dealers in KA-DMS.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and pre-approve all service transactions (DI and PMS) entered by dealers in the KA-DMS system to ensure they are accurate and complete.
- On-time processing of Dealer Incentive Claim Payment on DI, PMS and Warranty Labor every month.
- Conducts CS Survey to customer.
- College School diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
