The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the company President in order to ensure the smooth operation in the office as well as in important meetings outside premises. This includes tasks such as handling correspondence and support with daily activities of the President. Candidates must ideally be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and also capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing full support to the President.
- Handles meetings and appointments.
- Performs other tasks as requested by the President.
- Answering of calls, messages and handling correspondence.
- Handles documentation from managements other business ventures.
- Assisting and providing support to the President outside of the office during business meetings.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree of any course.
- At least 1 year work experience in a related job is an advantage.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and good organizational skills
- Works with integrity
- Professionalism at all times
- Can multitask and work independently.
- Has strong drive for excellence as a good communicator.
- Fresh graduates from reputable schools are more than welcome to apply.
- Willing to report to office (Cubao, Quezon City) and accompany the President on business meetings outside the office.
